WHO
Limit of up to 2 people per business with no more than 8 businesses involved.
No competing businesses unless prior consent is given.
Group will often be from the same industry. The group will be built around a common industry focus ie. Accountants, Trades, Franchises.
WHAT
Topics are submitted by each group member prior to the session which is built around your key issues.
Together, we offer our experience, solutions and openly discuss ideas and scenarios with each other.
Structured content and tools will be used to guide and support the conversations and learning.
Format includes a combination of group discussion, structured content topics where insights and tools are given.
90 day goals are set and reviewed at each meeting.

Dinner & drinks the night before each session to reconnect and build relationships.
