As a valued client, you’ll receive at least one Complimentary Client Review (CCR), which is an opportunity for you to set and review your goals and gain clarity around the actions you need to take to achieve those goals. It also stimulates strategic discussion and identifies burning issues, opportunities and challenges, so that you respond effectively. And of course, it’s an opportunity for our team to identify greater tax efficiencies and asset protection.

Business planning.

A great business planning process gets to the heart and soul of your business. Importantly, this process eliminates a factor that is all too common in business – procrastination. Upon completion of pre-work, we’ll have a greater understanding of your vision and core values. Then we can facilitate a four-hour planning session to help you create a clear one-page business plan. The outcome of this service is to identify and prioritise goals, both short term and long term, create strategies to achieve your goals, enable you to review actual performance against targets and establish a 90-Day Action Plan to address immediate and critical issues.

STRATEGY AND EXECUTION – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT.

Without a robust strategy, your business is a boat without navigation gear in an ocean of possibilities. The essence of strategy is choosing what to do, and what not to do.

QUARTERLY STRATEGIC FOCUS

As a business owner you may feel alone and unsupported, with little time to work on your business because you’re trapped in the day-to-day technical aspects of running it. Our quarterly coaching service provides you with increased accountability and support, so that you achieve the results you want from your business. The outcomes include increased profitability and cashflow, customised reporting templates to measure actual performance against forecasts and access to an expert sounding board to ensure you continue working towards your goals.

FINANCIAL AWARENESS COACHING

(Bi – Monthly)

We’ll help you to understand your business better, enabling you to better manage your cashflow. Good management decisions rely on a sound understanding of the financial implications for your business. This service involves meeting with us every two months to discuss your financial results, culminating in you learning to produce and interpret your own customised financial reports on a monthly basis.

SUCCESSION PLANNING.

(Four-hour session)

What do you want from the business? What is the business supposed to deliver to you? Why does the business exist? A long term view (20 years) that considers time freedom, mind freedom and financial freedom.

Succession planning helps you clarify what you want for the future (taking into account business, personal and family expectations) and define the steps required to turn that vision into a reality. At least 3 – 5 years is the ideal timeframe to make sustainable improvements. The more time you have for planning and implementation the better.

We’ll begin the half-day succession planning session with a presentation that provides an overview of important considerations, succession options and processes relevant to your business. We will then work with you to define your succession timeline and identify your ideal succession scenario, opportunities to improve your business value and vulnerabilities you need to manage, documenting them in a robust succession plan.

We’ll then set 12 month goals and quarterly goals, as well as actions to achieve these. As a result, you’ll have a roadmap to guide decision making and ensure your business is in the best position to achieve maximum return on your hard work and investment.

STRATEGIC PLANNING.

(Two-day workshop)

Two-day workshop with six weeks pre-work. Deep thinking about what your business does. Pinpoint your target market and the problems you can solve for them, your competitive advantage and core purpose. What do we do? What problems do our target customers have that we are in the business of solving? Focus on the next five years.

BUSINESS PLANNING SESSIONS.

(Half day session)

Often this is a half-day session focusing on the 12 months ahead, but keeping the five-year vision in mind. A business plan is the “how we will do it”. Build a one-page business plan road map, use five KPIs to set SMART targets and goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Time Bound), understand your most critical challenges and deeply understand your value proposition.

Quarterly business coaching and accountability workshops for business owners and senior team members. Maintain focus on the plan, create independent accountability and gain expert insight. Involve the team in the business.

 

SALES TRAINING AND COACHING.

Attendees will complete pre-work to get thinking about their values and vision for the business so that everyone is prepared to gain maximum benefit from the 3-4 hour facilitated session. We’ll then guide you through our structured process to create up to five core values with definitions, which will underpin the expectations of behaviour within your organisation.
